Conditions for participation

In order to participate in the Retail Certification, the following conditions must apply:
✔ Typical  Academic Qualifications.
✔ Applicants  must have a minimum of:

•  Graduates of EPAL B Cycle, in the relevant specialty – at least 6 months of professional experience.
•  Graduates of General Lyceum – Initial vocational training for all the knowledge corresponding to the 3 Main Vocational Functions of the profession
•  Compulsory education graduates – at least 5 years of relevant professional experience. Continuing Vocational training for all the knowledge corresponding to the 3 Main Vocational Functions of the profession
•  Graduates of EPAS, TES, TEE A Cycle or equivalent cycle in the relevant specialty, at least 1 year of professional experience.
  ✔ Very good knowledge of English is an additional qualification.
  ✔ Eric  Generic Skills.
  Applicants should have enhanced social skills, such as ease of communication, education and polite behavior. They should have a good level of general knowledge in order to effectively manage their prospective clients and develop a spirit of cooperation and professionalism with their colleagues and supervisors in the workplace.

✔ Special Knowledge and skills.
Candidates must demonstrate the specialized knowledge and skills they possess in the above three main professional functions for the exercise of the profession of “Retail Salesman”.
